You are moving at a steady continuous pace. Think of being in flow as if your life is a stream of water. As water flows you will have to navigate the pebbles, a rock or two, and even a quick change in direction here and there but water is not deterred, it finds a way over, under and around its obstacles.
Positive continuous movement in a life that has flow means that there is a sense of ease and freedom. Decisions are made, next steps definitive. The alternative is a life lacking flow.
Life seems to toss roadblocks in your way at every turn. You face challenges with one eye closed and might even run in the other direction when an obstacle is placed in your path.
